近日，中共泉州市委常委、晉江市委書記張文賢先生率團，在一連三日訪港期間參觀考察理大，並與大學管理層及科研人員進行深度交流。隨團包括來自晉江市多名黨政代表；企業方面有紡織製衣、運動鞋服、新材料、電子訊息等相關領域的晉江市行業代表。

 

行程最後一天，晉江市委書記張先生一行到訪理大校園考察及重點參觀與理大晉江技術創新研究院建設內容相關的實驗室，其中包括智能可穿戴系統研究院。研究人員與兩地代表進行互動，展示了各項研究產品及項目。其後，由理大趙教授分別與多家晉江企業代表簽署合作備忘錄，開展深度有效的合作。

 

理大期望透過是次協作，發揮理大科研人才優勢及創新科研技術，同時將更多香港優質科創企業及人才吸引到晉江進行科研交流，促進閩港兩地的協同發展，攜手開展創新方案成一流科技創新基地，實現共贏。

 

 

Recently, a delegation led by Mr. Zhang Wenxian, member of the Quanzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Committee, visited PolyU during a three-day visit to Hong Kong, and had in-depth exchanges with the university management and scientific research personnel. The delegation included a number of government representatives from Jinjiang City; regarding enterprises, there were representatives from related fields such as textile and clothing, sportswear, new materials, and information electronics.

 

On the last day, Mr. Zhang and his party visited the PolyU campus and focused on visiting laboratories related to the PolyU Jinjiang Technology Innovation Research Institute. While visiting the Intelligent Wearable System Research Institute, our researchers interacted with representatives, and displayed various research products and projects. Afterwards, Professor Zhao from PolyU signed the memorandums of cooperation with a number of Jinjiang enterprise representatives to carry out effective cooperation.

 

Through this collaboration, PolyU expects to give full play to the advantages of PolyU's scientific research talents and innovative technologies, and at the same time attract more high-quality enterprises and talents from Hong Kong to Jinjiang for scientific research exchanges, transforming Hong Kong and Jinjiang into first-class scientific and technological innovation bases.
