5月29日，山东省聊城市党政考察团来访香港理工大学，聊城市委书记李长萍与香港理工大学副校长赵汝恒教授等领导进行亲切会谈，双方就益曜科技开发的绿色抗菌材料在聊城市相关产业的应用展开讨论，并探讨产业合作、商务对接，以及对益曜科技的政策支持与发展规划。党政考察团领导还参观了香港理工大学智能可穿戴系统研究院，陶肖明教授及团队成员详细介绍了新材料、智能传感、柔性显示、智能驱动等领域的功能与智能可穿戴技术。此次考察对接会，使益曜科技明确了战略方向，在市政领导以及校方领导的关怀下，会得到进一步发展。
 
On May 29th, party and government delegation from Liaocheng City, Shandong Province visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Li Changping, Secretary of Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee, held cordial talks with Prof. Christopher Chao, Vice President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and other leaders, and both sides discussed the application of green antimicrobial materials developed by Ecolar Technology in the relevant industries in Liaocheng City, as well as explored the industrial cooperation, business docking, and policy support for Ecolar Technology and the development plan. Party and government delegation leaders also visited the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Institute of Intelligent Wearable Systems, Prof. Tao Shao Ming and team members introduced in detail the new materials, intelligent sensing, flexible display, intelligent drive and other areas of functionality and intelligent wearable technology. This inspection and docking meeting has made Ecolar Technology clear the strategic direction, which will be further developed under the care of municipal leaders as well as university leaders.
