恒生 x 理大可持續未來挑戰賽：紡織及服裝

 

近日，香港理工大學和恆生銀行宣布“恆大 x 理大可持續未來挑戰賽：紡織及服裝”的比賽結果。本公司通過開發理大所研發的可生物降解的PHA綠色安全抗菌材料，以初創企業的身分參與了公開組，並且獲得亞軍的優秀成績。本公司致力開創安全性高、可生物降解、低碳排放和成品效益高的抗菌材料，能夠廣泛應用於家用和醫療用途產品。本公司的創辦人張子恆博士和劉世瑞先生稱，希望產品能為市民帶來綠色、安全、衛生和可持續發展的生活模式。

 

“恆大x理大可持續未來挑戰賽：紡織及服裝”鼓勵大專生和公眾人士發揮創意，為紡織和服裝界提供創新的可持續方案，創建綠色城市。是次比賽更是考驗參加者的環保、創意及科技意識，喚起大家對氣候變化的關注和身體力行減少碳足印。參加者皆獲得寶貴的專業指導、體驗式和市場驗證等學習機會，評判團最終選出16項目進入決賽。

 

Recently, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hang Seng Bank announced the results of the “Hang Seng x PolyU Sustainable Future Challenge: Textiles and Apparel" competition. Our company participated in the open group as a start-up that has developed a green PHA antibacterial material that is safe and biodegradable, and won the second place. The company is committed to creating antibacterial material with regards of safety, biodegradability, low carbon emissions and high efficiency, which can be widely used in both household and medical products, providing a safe environment. The company's founders, Dr. Zhang Ziheng and Mr. Liu Shirui, said they hope the products can bring a green, safe, hygienic and sustainable lifestyle to citizens.

 

The “Hang Seng x PolyU Sustainable Future Challenge: Textile and Apparel" encourages college students and the public to use their creativity to provide innovative sustainable solutions for the textile and apparel industry, as to create a green city. This competition tests the participants' awareness of environmental protection, creativity and technology, increasing the public awareness to climate change and urges citizens to reduce their carbon footprint. Participants received valuable learning experience, from professional guidance to market verification. Finally, the judging panel selected 16 projects to enter the finals.
